Description
1964 Topps Tattoos is a 75-"card" set. Each tattoo measures 1 9/16" X 3 1/2" (slightly narrower that a card) and are printed on very thin paper. One side gives instructions for applying the tattoo. The set consists of 55 player and 20 team logo tattoos.
The set was not very well received by collectors (i.e. kids), and did not sell all that well. However, it has become one of the scarcest "odd ball" sets of the era.
Distribution
Wax: 120 packs per box, one tattoo and a stick of gum per pack (MSRP: $0.01).
