2017 Bowman High Tek

Description

2017 Bowman High Tek is a 56-card set released October 25th. Like the Topps High Tek revival product of recent years, all cards are printed on acetate with multiple background variations. As the name suggests, the base set consists exclusively of prospects. Each ten-card box will yield four autographs and a parallel.

Oversized Parallels

Topps produced two oversized parallels, and sold them exclusively on topps.com: 5X7 Factory Set and 10X14 Posters. There are three sets in each format: The 56-card base set, the 15-card 1992 Bowman, and the 15-card Bashers inserts.

As with other similar topps.com exclusive oversized sets, only 49 serial-numbered 5X7 Factory Sets and ten Gold 5X7 Factory Sets for each set were produced. The base set cost $114.99 while the Gold set cost $224.99. Both the 1992 Bowman and Bashers sets were $29.99 (standard) and $59.99 (Gold).

The same sets were also reproduced in a 10X14 Poster format. Unlike the 5X7 Factory Sets, each card's poster was sold individually at $24.99 for a standard poster (limited to 99 posters) and a one-of-one Gold poster for $99.99.
