Description
1998 Leaf Fractal Foundations is a 200-card parallel brand of the 1998 Leaf Set. Each three-card pack contained two foil base cards (each serial-numbered to 3999 copies), and one serial-numbered "Fractal Materials" card.
Distribution
18 packs per box, three cards per pack (MSRP: $6.99). Hobby only.

Parallels
Fractal Materials
Inserted at a rate of one per pack, cards from this 200-card set parallel the base Leaf Fractal Foundation set. The cards are printed on real "feel of the game" materials including wood (W), nylon (N), plastic (P) and leather (L). Of the 100 cards printed on plastic, only 3250 serial-numbered copies of each card was made; of the 50 on leather, 1000 were made; only 500 of the 30 printed on nylon were made; and of the 20 printed on wood, only 250 of each were made.
The first 200 copies of each X-Axis, 100 of each Y-Axis, and 50 copies of each Z-Axis Fractal Material cards are die-cut.
