Those who purchased the 2009 Topps All-Star Edition Factory Set would get the Albert Pujols patch card.

Upper Deck

Collectors who purchased three packs of any 2009 Upper Deck baseball product and opened them in front of a Topps representative would receive a pack of five cards from this set. Randomly inserted into these packs was a special bonus card featuring a painting of five Cardinal players. The bonus card is serial-numbered to 500 copies.
