1997 UD3
Description
1997 UD3 ("UD Cubed") is a 60-card premium set released in mid-April, 1997. The base set is broken up into three distinct 20-card subsets: Homerun Heroes (1-20) featuring "Electric Wood" (holographic foil on wood-grain stock) technology, Pro-Motion (21-40) featuring "Light F/X" (etched-foil) technology and Future Impact (41-60) featuring "Cel Chrome" (plastic/metal stock) technology. Each three-card pack contained one card from each subset (unless replaced by an insert.)
Distribution
24 packs per box, three cards per pack (MSRP: $3.99).
