I have found several other variations of other cards:

First is 35 Eric Hosmer: File:Hosmer.jpg

The card on the right is the SP variation.

Second is card number 173 Ryan Roberts: File:Roberts.jpg

The left card would be the SP variation

both cards have the code 36212172 on the back of the card.

I have no data as to the scarcity of these and I assume that there are probably others (i.e. last years "sparkle" or the previous year's "pie in the face")
