2008 National Baseball Card Day
Description
2008 National Baseball Card Day is a 16-card set produced by Topps and Upper Deck in association with Major League Baseball Properties and the MLBPA. On Saturday, March 29th, 2006 collectors at Toys 'R Us stores and participating Hobby stores would receive a free pack of six cards, three cards each from two specially-produced eight-card sets from Topps and Upper Deck.
The design of the Topps set is the same as the 2008 Topps flagship set; while Upper Deck's set is an original design.
